All the fun of camping, without the hassle! This glamping-style tent with optional picnics is nestled between two dogwoods, on a sunny section of the 14 acres at Mandolin Grove. Beautifully decorated with conveniences like electricity, air conditioning and a heater, this lovely tent has two narrow twin beds and linens. Planters of vegetables and flowers edge your site, and twinkle lights, trellises, and abundant stars add to the magical ambiance.
Keep your packing to a minimum – the site also includes most camp necessities to keep your packing light. Campers also have their own patio lounging set, dedicated picnic table, fire pit with grill, a large bottle of drinking water, and a bundle of wood on their camp site.
There isn’t running water to this tent, but we have a porta-potty and sink that is shared with only one other camping site. The porta-potty is extremely clean and well-lit, and it is serviced weekly, despite its limited use. Showers are unavailable at this time. Your site also has a dedicated, hand-washing station and trash can just for your use.
Picnic packages are also available upon request and can be personalized based on your desired experience. Options can include coffee service, catered meals, goods from local farmers, s’mores kits, and campfire cooking equipment. We can even add a fire-building service to your package.
